Our accommodation is located inside a picturesque,quiet lane just 50 metres from the beach in a pretty,tranquil environment for relaxing holidays.We offer fully-equipped studios each with their own kitchenette,refrigerator, kettle,air-conditioning,television and private bathroom. a table and chairs,bedside cabinet,a mirror and reading lamp are provided in all rooms.A free Wi-Fi connection,an exchange library,board games and a laundry service for a small fee are available to all customers plus leaflets and information on local points of interest.We can also also organise and book tickets for excursion/trips/ boat journeys and flights if and when needed,generally we are very hospitable and happy to help to meet our customers needs and wishes.

Located in Kini,a pretty fishing village on the west coast of Syros just 9 kilometres from the busy main town/port of Ermoupolis,our accommodation is situated in a narrow lane off Kini harbour just 50 metres from the sea and sandy beach. In a pretty,peaceful environment we offer fully equipped studios in a friendly Greek neighbourhood offering authentic Greek hospitalityThere are sunbeds and umbrellas for those wishing to take a drink or a bite to eat whilst on the beach at no extra charge. Our rooms are within easy reach of all the village amenities and walking distance of the mini-market selling fresh bread and produce on a daily basis,souvenir shop,car/moped rental and restaurants,cafeteria/bars
