Newly renovated, nicely decorated studio-apartment situated within an apartment building with up to date appliances at Kolonaki-Deksameni, close to Evagelismos and Syntagma metro stations, Plaka Acropolis, and Lycabettus hill. A great place to stay and a fantastic location for business or pleasure. Kolonaki-Deksameni is an area away from the noise but conveniently located close to museums, high-end boutiques and the mainstream night life of Athens. Newly renovated, fully equipped and comfy 30 sq m studio-apartment in the 1st floor with elevator access. An open living space with double sash window for plenty of light, a kitchen, a separated bathroom with shower and a small balcony. Furthermore the apartment is equipped with a security door, central heating with radiators, mosquito screens in the windows, clothes dryer, iron, iron board. For safety reasons it is equipped with a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector and a first aid kit. According to Greek legislation we are not obliged to issue invoices.

Kolonaki is a neighborhood in central Athens Greece. It is located on the southern slopes of Lycabettus hill. Kolonaki is a wealthy and upmarket district. As one of the capital's leading shopping areas, it includes a number of high-end boutiques from young adult to casual fashion to prestigious haute couture from Greek and international designers. One of its main shopping streets, Voukourestiou Street, is now known for its jewellery. Lycabettus hill The hill is a tourist destination and can be ascended by the Lycabettus Funicular, a funicular railway which climbs the hill from a lower terminus at Kolonaki (The railway station can be found at Aristippou st.). Up in the hiil there are the 19th century Chapel of St. George, a theatre, and a restaurant. There is a plethora of available options for nightlife, including tapas restaurants, bars, jazz clubs, ouzeries and tavernas. Outdoor seating on pedestrian walks is typical, creating a lively atmosphere at night. The main Kolonaki Square (with the small column) is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.
