The building and apartment were very clean and well taken care of. The building has an elevator and the apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a small but nice balcony facing the street so you can sit and have a drink, a nice big and well equipped kitchen, nice size living room, dining room and bedroom. The bathroom is new and has a clothes washer if you need to wash clothes. There were sweet extras left for us such as an array of mini toiletries, mints and hand wipes. The internet worked well and there was air conditioning too. The neighborhood has everything you need just steps away and there is a metro station across the road. Our host Richard promptly and kindly answered any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

It was a treat to stay in this lovely apartment! Richard was quick to respond and super helpful. He provided instructions with everything you can possibly need the day before my arrival and made sure I felt welcomed at any given point. The apartment was spotless clean and came with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Athens. Wifi signal was excellent, bed and pillows were the comfiest I've ever slept on, indoor and outdoor plants made it look like an oasis. Location was just out of the city centre in a very cosy and quiet area avoiding the main bustle. Lots of cafes, stores and basically anything you need just outside your door. Would highly recommend it! Thank you so much, will definitely come back again!

Top quality stay, well equipped and comfortable. The location cannot be beaten, shops and restaurants on hand and a short metro hop to the busy centre. Nice small balcony to sit and enjoy a coffee watching the good folk of Athens going about their business. A leisurely stroll down Panormou street itself takes you to Psarochori, a superb fish restaurant which we highly reccomend.

The apartment is renovated to the highest standard, equipped with all the amenities a traveller could need. The location is great, just one minute walk from Panormou station which is only 4 stations from the centre. I have to say, I was impressed by the attention to detail from the owner and manager of the apartment .There are written well-detailed guidelines with pictures, to make life easier for the tenants. Also, everything you need from personal hygiene materials, to movement-sensitive discreet lights for those late night endeavours to the bathroom and the kitchen. To top all that, the owner and manager was easily reachable and always willing to help with anything I needed. In conclusion, I couldn't be more happy with my stay in this apartment and I would recommend it wholeheartedly!
