a very nice and clean place with a proximity to the sandy beach. the host was very welcoming and helpful. she arranged the transfer from the port to the apartment and then back to the port. she also provided a list of nice restaurants with the delivery. me and my friends really enjoyed it.

Quiet beachfront location. Angie arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport as well as a rental car delivered to the hotel, and she took us to the ferry port when we left Paros. The room was cleaned every day and looks beautiful like the photos!

Although The location is 25min walking distance from Parikia but it’s 2 min walking to a heavenly beach! Angi, the host was very helpful and gave us really good info. She also was kind enough to offer us rides from and to the port since we didn’t have transportation, so if you don’t have a ride, ask her in advance, the walking route can be intimidating at first at night but you’ll get used to it.

Niriides Studios are located on beautiful Paros island, 19 acres beachfront on Krios beach. Across a small bay from Parikia town/port ~ 5 minute drive.
