Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης μπροστά στην θάλασσα με απίστευτη θέα , δίπλα στην παραλία του Ανάυρου και του πάρκου της παραλίας 2 λεπτά από το Πανεπιστήμιο σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο και όλα με τα πόδια , Εύκολη πρόσβαση προς όλους τους προορισμούς με όλα τα μέσα και το λιμάνι. Και βεβαίως εκτός από την απίστευτη θέα του Παγασητικού και της εκκλησίας του Αγίου Κωσταντίνου θα βρείτε και τα υπέροχα τσιπουράδικα του Βολου και την Πλαζ του Αναυρου και Ξενία.
