Amazing location near everything, Jen and her staff were wonderful (helped us with arrival, meals and bookings), very clean, very safe. Shops and restaurants are just outside the entrance, but it feels very remote and is quiet and peaceful. 4 minute walk to Caldera, taxi and bus stand right outside. You can’t go wrong here.

We loved the beautiful property, feeling of quiet seclusion despite being steps away from Fira town and stunning caldera views, wonderful and incredibly helpful staff, private balconies with a jacuzzi, great breakfast....etc. Easily one of the nicest holiday stays we've had in any country - can't recommend it enough. Only sad part is having to leave!

I stayed in Palmariva Villas with my teen daughter. She loved having her own room on the second floor with two private balconies and a jacuzzi, while I enjoyed my own sleeping area on the first floor. The architecture and decor were tasteful and reflected the Cycladic island style. While Palmariva is in a busy area, the villas and common areas are quiet and peaceful. It is a short (1-3 minute) walk from the bus station, museum, and shops and restaurants. We loved being able to order breakfast items suited to our tastes and having breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The staff are very warm and welcoming, especially the wonderful Dimitra who gave us lots of advice and made hard-to-get reservations for us at bars and restaurants where we could watch the evening sunset. Our stay at Palmariva was a peaceful interlude in a busy week of traveling and we highly recommend it.

The location is pretty much right in the center but the villa itself is very secluded and away from the noise. We were able to walk 2-4 mins to everything; Caldera view, supermarket, shops, restaurants... It was very convenient to move around and I was at the Fira bus stop in 2 minutes. From there you can go everywhere else on the Island. Oia was 1.60 Euro one way. Our hostess was at the gate to welcome us and help us with our bags. We had breakfast every morning and we got to select what we wanted daily and it was delivered to our room every morning. The Hot tub was at a very good temperature. We loved everything about our stay. Communication was excellent and they provided us with a pack and play for our baby. The wifi was also very good and my husband was able to get work done on his laptop.

Jenny went above and beyond to cater to our needs. She booked all our transfers, a restaurant for dinner, and a sunset cruise for us, even provided us with a personal wifi hotspot when the internet was not working in the room and got it fixed immediately. The property is beautiful, in the heart of Fira just steps from the caldera views, but also quiet and on the main street, so taxis are accessible. No need to climb steps with your luggage! Prime location - bus station down the street and supermarket a block away. 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the ferry port. Breakfast delivered fresh every morning, private hot tub, room cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. They even collected and folded our laundry from the balcony and washed the dishes for us! Couldn't ask for a better stay in Santorini!
