The triple room we had was spacious, clean and quiet. The extra twin bed was handy for organizing clothing and various electronic devices. Our room was cleaned and towels refreshed everyday. A beautiful coastal trail is a short distance behind the property where you can watch the sun set over Oia and neighboring islands. From the trail, it's only a 18-minute walk to Oia. There is a bus stop steps from the driveway that goes to Imerovigli and Fira (1,8 euro per trip). Being so close the coastal trail with easy access to Oia but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Oia is the best part.

The location is just perfect, 10 minutes by foot away from Oia. Nico, the host, is a wonderful person, very attentive and generous to give you a hand and a piece of advice; he even lend us €8 when we needed. The decoration is is very nice and Greek. It has a little and spectacular balcony that faces Oia and the sea. I remark the path that leads you to Oia, which is great to walk. Buses stop just in the doorway of the property, so we didn’t need to rent a car.

Niko was the best, all around!! Great service, thoughtful suggestions, supportive backup when we discovered we had lost important documentation. It is directly in front of the town bus stop, so transport was easy, and the view can't be beat!! We were tired after a long day of traveling and enjoyed sunset on our balcony with a bottle of local wine and Greek cheeses the first night, and turns out they were easily some of our best pictures!! Strongly recommend this place!

Easy 15 minute walk to Oia. You’ll go for sunset once, brave the crowds, and then realize the views are perfectly spectacular from your private balcony at this lovely guesthouse. Get a bottle of local wine at the nearby supermarket, some snacks and enjoy the view in peace. The bus stop is literally at your doorstep if you want to explore Fira, and the famous scenic hiking trail is just a few steps up the hill. Nick is so helpful with transport and everything else!

It had one of the great views of Oia. The property is located in Finika Village and you will be in Oia after 15-20 minutes of walk. The bus-stop is right in-front of the property. If you want to get down at property ask the bus conductor to stop at Finika Bus Stop. The person who looks after property is very helpful and gave us tips to look around city and suggested things to do based on our likes. He even offered us Cake and Juice. Overall a nice stay a bit but not to far from Oia.
