Two-room elevated ground floor with air conditioning, completely independent, in a two-storey house, located in an olive grove. Ideal choice for a relaxing, restful holiday, away from the noise of the city. The olive trees combined with the nearby pebble beach make up a wonderful, pure Greek landscape. From the four-seater balcony lounge you can enjoy the view of the sea with passing boats and the neighboring coasts of Kefalonia, Central Greece and the Peloponnese. The house is 5 minutes by car from Alykes and Katastari.
The house is located in an olive grove of 4 acres and is surrounded by other estates with olive trees and vegetation. There is a pebbly beach about 200 m from the house, via a dirt road, with a canteen above. There are other beaches and taverns nearby. From the balcony you can gaze at the sea and the nearby coasts of Kefalonia, Central Greece and Peloponnese. The house is a 5 minute drive away from the villages of Alykes and Katastari.
