I loved Parga although it was hilly so not suitable for all.
I loved Parga although it was hilly so not suitable for all. The shingle/ pebble beaches were beautiful, would recommend getting beach shoes to negotiate getting in and out of the sea.
There were plenty of bars and restaurants serving delicious food.
People are friendly.

We have been visiting Parga for many years now.
We have been visiting Parga for many years now. It isn't for everyone though. We don't mind walking but it can be difficult for the elderly or infirm. The beaches get very busy and this September busier than ever before. I wouldn't have thought ideal for families unless a pool on site, which there are several. If you want a rowdy night life I don't think you will get one. Can be expensive prices have risen quite a bit - 2 beach loungers 15 euro
Negatives done with.
We love it, restful, peaceful generally, welcoming, good food, good drink, genial hosts, safe day and night, beautiful weather, beautiful scenery. I can't find fault. Just don't tell anyone else as we want to keep going back.

The location is really beautiful and the beaches are also quite nice. But that’s all it is the customer service there is the worst. Locals believe that just because they do business there they should get paid without adding any value. We got 3 times food poisoning. The prices were ridiculous for low quality products and services. The fact that there are unlimited tourists in the area made the locals arrogant. One of the worst vacations ever

Parga is stunning.
Parga is stunning. There are loads of long clear water amenitities-rich beaches near by, although the one taking the cake is Ai Giannakis beach, located literally next to the centre of Parga, and you can walk/swim to Panagia island outside the port. This is fantastic. Parga's alleyways are picturesque and rich in shops and places for a coffee or drink and it has a fantastic night life. I like Parga because you can see everything in 2-3 days and then just relax or use it as a base for great trips nearby to either nearby islands or inland locations. What I didn't like is the food. I am Greek myself and I couldn't find - for the life of me - a place where the food is above average. Parga is really lacking in this and everything is prepared very blunt and the portions are small and way way overpriced for what you get. This is the case only in Mykonos and Santorini in the rest of Greece and it is in stark contrast to how consistently fantastic the food is in nearby Preveza's alleyway restaurants.

We loved Parga.
We loved Parga. The beaches in the area are lovely and the town itself is just beautiful. It is picturesque, has great food and beautiful people. The main town comes to life in the evenings and the main harbour- what can I say! It is a sight to behold and the vibe is fabulous! We had a wonderful time in Parga and it’s surrounds. Would highly recommend it!

Parga is lovely, the kind of place you go once by chance...
Parga is lovely, the kind of place you go once by chance then back every year. An absolute gem of a town. Packed in summer, but even that doesn’t spoil it. I imagine it’s perfection in the shoulder season.
We loved a cafe called Flavors, which also rents loungers on the town beach. Brilliant food, lovely people. If you have kids, get one of the pedals with a slide too. So. Much. Fun.
And I’d absolutely recommend Lithos restaurant - a little tucked away gem with the most amazing Greek food. Especially traditional dishes like moussaka and pasticcio. Wow. Call to book if you don’t want to wait, you’ll have to if you just show up.
It is near the beach, in the center of the old town, near some of the best taverns with beautiful sea views and delicious food.
The studio is with a nice mountain view and drinking the morning coffee outside is a real pleasure.
The studio is furnished with style, you have everything you need, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all you need.
Maria is a great host and her mother in law's desserts are very delicious.
Maria, thank you for your hospitality and advice. This was one of our best vacations.
The location was perfect, just five minutes from the town center. A short stroll to the beach, although we did not go the city beach as there are so many beautiful beaches in the area. Hosts were great and accommodated all our requests. We had a parking spot inside a garage, so our car was perfectly safe as it is very hard to park in Parga and the streets are very narrow. Cleanliness was exceptional. The balcony was exceptionally spacious and comfortable.
Ilios overlooks the Valtos beach and bay high on the cliff side providing fantastic views over the castle and sea. It’s comfortably away from the hullabaloo of the town center, but less than 15 minutes walk there. It’s well-equipped and spacious. And as for Maria; she is an absolute gem! She made the stay even more enjoyable than it would have been of its merits. Thank you, Maria!! I am already planning a return visit to your lovely property in Parga!
This hotel is amazing ! Our host, Roula, met us at the door when we arrived and everything was perfect from that moment on. Our room was one of the newer rooms and I can’t say enough about it. It was clean, modern, and so comfortable. The little courtyard is so adorable and a perfect location to sit at to relax after a beach day. I can’t say enough about this hotel. When I am in Parga again this is where we will be staying. 1000% recommended!!!
The location was very good and the host was the kindest lady I have ever met so far in Greece. She welcomed us with a big smile, a delicious Greek coffee and orange sweet. She helped us with the baggage and the parking and gave us some good recommendations.
The room was very clean and stylish with good view towards the sea from the shared balcony. We had pretty much all that we needed. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Parga
In my personal opinion Agnanti is the best hotel in Parga and here’s why: staff is super nice and hospitable, hotel has an amazing view on the city and seaside, there is pool, they have free parking, amazing view from the room as well, rooms are big enough, some rooms have big balcony, good breakfast and overall nice restaurant in the hotel, good Wi-Fi, 3 minutes from the hotel there are a lot of restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach.
We stayed there for 7 nights. The apartment is cozy, well equipped and very clean. There is a private parking spot in front of the building which is great. The host Giorgos is very nice guy. Also the location is perfect, 1-2 minutes walk from the port of Parga and the central part and also to the old town. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who considers to visit Parga - this is your place to choose.
The hotel has a perfect location on the beach and close to the town centre with many restaurants, bars and shops. The beach was beautiful, the taverna offered delicious traditional food at very good prices. It is a family business, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating for our requests. The Greek music nights at the taverna were beautiful. Highly recommended.
The location that provides panoramic sea views out over the Ionian towards Paxos along with the serine stress free modern vibe, whilst still being a very short walk to the town, beaches and great restaurants of Parga. The owner Chris and his staff are real gems, you could not ask for better, more attentive and delightful people. A truly lovely boutique hotel
We had a great stay at Enjoy Parga apartments. The apartment was very well situated, just a short walk to the town, shops and the beach. Despite the close proximity to the city, the apartment area was very quiet. The host was lovely and gave us tons of great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Parga!
My second time to Parga and this definitely the perfect location with views of the water, town and castle. Vaso's hospitality was outstanding. The room was spotless and kept clean during the stay, I almost felt like the first person to use it. Excellent wifi, the kitchenette has everything you need and a supermarket next door.
Nice room, beautiful view and exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Without asking her to do so, Katerina even made a call to ensure that our ferry was not delayed by weather. The breakfast (and beautiful breakfast area) were also outstanding. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for your stay in the Parga area.
It’s a new accommodation with a very nice host. The studios were luxurious and the decor is nice. The garden is a joy to sit in, especially in the evening with the beautiful lighting. It is a short walk to Parga town and yet it is nice and quiet at the studios. It’s is highly recommended!
Had the best stay ever at Krioneri Beach Studios! The property is located in an excellent part of town overlooking Krioneri beach. The studios were very clean and well maintained. Literally steps away from the beach and many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it!!! :)
Really nice hotel with private parking and excellent location (~5min walk to the beach and ~15min walk to the Parga City). The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fine, buffet style. The room was very spacious and had a pool view.
Great location, easy, short, flat walk to Parga town. Staff were all amazing! So genuinely friendly and great drinks at the hotel bar too. Lovely pool area which is a big bonus when it's very hot!
Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful welcome from our friendly host. In a fantastic location with gorgeous views out over Parga with the town , two beaches and lovely tavernas in easy access. The apartment was very well set up and comfortable.
The staff was amazing...i have stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide. This hotel has nothing to be jealous of. From the receptionists to the rest of the staff they were excellent. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE!!!
Very friendly staff, nice and spacious rooms located close together. Nice food at the poolbar and a very nice and covid proof breakfast. Good value for money, hotel is at walking distance from Parga Town.
