Dear visitors, Having a long experience in the tourism section, I constructed this place three years ago. My main concern is the visitors' pleasant stay and comfort throughout your holidays. Personally, I'm always willing to receive my guests and inform them about our place and available activities related to it. I'm also at their own service so as to serve them in the best way. My highest satisfaction is to detect a sight of happiness on your face during your departure from my place and pack (collect) the best impressions from our amazing Parga. Here you can get to know very kind and pleasant local people, tourists that spend their holidays in the same place for a series of years, very tasty traditional food, and reliable quality, a variety of beaches with crystal (clear) water, peacefulness and family environment.

Property info

- The Apartment is located in a relaxing and quiet area of Parga framed by lemon trees. Due to its ideal location, it is easily accessible, so that the visitor does not encounter traffic on his way. It is 800m from the center and the nearest beaches and has a private parking. The visitor who is coming by car can easily access all the beaches around Parga (Valtos, Lichnos, Sarakiniko, Sivota, Karavostasi, Ammoudia, Vrachos, Loutsa..). Close by (100-150m) you can find restaurants and super market. - The cleaning of all the rooms surfaces outside areas of the accommodation is done with care and with the use of approved cleaning and disinfecting products. - The sheets and towels are washed in our space, at hight temperatures and with the use of approved products and are also ironed in our space.

Neighborhood info

Our neighborhood consists of small accommodations and family hotels, in a green area surrounded by many olive trees. It is easily accessible from the main road and does not present a traffic problem, in contrast to the narrow picturesque streets of the center. in a distance of 100m to 700m can soneone find caffee and snack bars, restaurants, super markets, bakerey, turist shops, gas station. Our accommodation is only 10 minutes walk from the center of Parga, where the port, bus station and the taxi stand are located. It is very easy for anyone who has a car to drive to all the beaches and the neighboring villages ( Valtos, Lichnos, Loutsa, Amoudia, Sarakiniko, Karavostasi,Ai Gianakis) and the Acheron river at Gliki. This way avoiding the heavy traffic of the center of Parga.
