Good location on the high road, close to the main street with restaurants, bars, shops around 5 min walk, beach is around 10 min walk, there is an AB supermarket and bus stop to Rhodes Town or Lindos in 2 minutes, which is very useful. Easy to park with the car aswell. The studio was clean, they cleaned it every day. Bed was comfortable. Host replied to messages quickly and also organised an airport transfer for us in the evening. They have storage for luggages and shower to use after check out from the studio, so you can spend your day, wherever you want to, if you have a late or night flight. Recommended accommodation!

Perfect place to be! Very close to the beach, supermarket and the bus station. The host very helpfull and nice. We enjoy our stay at Patricias and we recomnned it.

Restaurants 5 mins walk, beach 7-8 mins walk, supermarket 2 mins walk. The room was tidy every day by the time we got back from the beach (new towels, bed linen). George is very helpful in every cases. On your last day you have to leave the apartment at 11.30 - dont worry if your plane takes off later, they provide a safe place for your luggages while you're spending your last hours at the beach ( and shower also ). (However George was that kind that we could stay in the room for free until 19.00 on our last day).

Pokój bardzo zadbany. Czysta, porządna łazienka. Codzienna wymiana ręczników, co drugi dzień sprzątanie pokoju, powodowało to utrzymanie należytego porządku :). Właściciele bardzo pomocni!

Очень понравилось. Очень уютно и комфортно. Номер как на картинке. Кондиционер спасал в жару, в холодильнике оставляли продукты (можно купить в магазинчике A&B неподалеку), чайник и плита для готовки. Удобный санузел. И приятный балкончик чтобы вечером посидеть с супругой. Уборка номеров каждый день, смена постельного белья. Особенно хочется отметить дружелюбие и гостеприимство хозяев. Потрясающие люди

Struttura ben pulita, ben tenuta e tranquilla. Cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Tutto quanto messo a disposizione era perfettamente funzionante. Punti a favore anche la tempestività di risposta ad ogni richiesta e la disponibilità. Ottima la posizione vicinissima a supermercato farmacia bar ristoranti e spiaggia di Faliraki, è anche un punto strategico per poter raggiungere tutte le altre spiagge.
