I loved my hosts and the location and could not have hoped for better. They were available for any help at any time (when I got lost, needed a recommendation, or even wine!) I was met personally and made to feel at home right away. The apt is in a great place - I walked everywhere I wanted to go with no problem and had a fantastic time. The apt has everything you need and most of what you want - snacks, drinks, towels, toiletries, and very clean. I felt safe and only wish I could have figured out how to access streaming services as shows in English were not to be found on TV. But I was. not in the room except right before I went to sleep most nights. :)

Awesome cozy apartment, packed with amenities and very clean. The hosts are great people and really friendly. There is a private parking space in front of the building. There are a lot of cute kittens in the area, so that's also a plus.

Ioanna is very kind host and the apartment is at very nice quiet location, we had a perfect sleep and we could see the car from the window as the parking is across the building. When we arrived the apartment was already cooled she turn on the air conditioner prior to our arrival so it was very pleasant to have it already prepared. Also there is literally everything you might possibly need from cosmetics, coffee, tea, cookies, wine, water, juices... like as we stayed in the hotel room. Cleanliness was great. I highly recommend this apartment and we will be back when we are coming to Thessaloniki for sure. 😊❤️

The apartment is impeccably clean and superbly equipped, offering everything you need to instantly feel at home. The presence of a conveniently located parking space is an absolute gem, granting you the freedom to explore the city on foot without any worries. The White Tower is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming. When we arrived in Thessaloniki, we found out that some streets around the apartment were closed for repairs, and our navigation couldn't guide us properly. However, George found us and showed us the way to the apartment. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room is great value for the money. It has a parking spot, which is a life saver in Thessaloniki. We were provided absolutely everything one can need for a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with some snacks and wine and Ioanna gave us tips for the city. Highly recommend - a treasure in Thessaloniki.

The only thing that I can say is that these are the two best places that I have ever stayed. The PEARL APARTMENT is very nice, super clean and comfortable! Everything one needs, is sure to find there. The parking place that goes with the apartment is a real treasure. The location is very good, at a walking distance from center, in a nice and quiet neighbourhood with unique atmosphere. George and Ioanna were really nice!!!! the property has private parking which is really nice for Thessaloniki. it’s close by the center 10-15 min on foot.
