The location was perfect, next door to my favorite restaurant in Fira and a short walk to the local bus station. The staff was always friendly and very helpful.

United States of AmericaVery conveniently located. Close to the bus terminals, restaurants, and photo spots. No comment on breakfast since I have not taken it at this hotel during the stay. Furthermore, I'm very grateful to one of the cleaning ladies who picked up my computer cable I forgot in the room. Fortunately my luggage was still stored in the front desk and I was able to collect it together with my other stuff before I left.

It was fairly bare of decorations but that really didn't bother us - the lobby and common areas had cute decor and felt authentic and cave like! Loved the hangers included with the closet - was great to hang up our stuff that had wrinkled from traveling. We got free water from the front desk which was so nice. And you literally cannot beat the location - a two minute walk from the bus station that takes you anywhere you need to go on the island. The whole town is also just a few minutes walk away. We stayed other places on the island on this trip and this by far had the best location of them all.
United States of AmericaI like the hotel itself. It's clean, simple but classy. The receptionists Mattis and the other lady receptionist were very helpful and kind. The location is top because it's in the center of Fira, 5 minutes walk to the bus terminal and around there's a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. It's in the heart of Fira but away from the chaos of the cars and people outside.I recommend this hotel.
ItalyI was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything in Fira and only steps from the bus station. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again!
