nice views, good not bad, drinks always available.

Staff, food, service, etc. were excellent from the start and throughout the entire stay!

Beautiful location, access to beaches, all inclusive option, reasonable price, spa, good customer service.

the location was great! buffet was delicious, two pools, spa, and two beach access we got upgraded to a junior suite and the size was great

It was an extraordinary stay for me and my wife. The service was perfect. Staff was very helpful and nice. The occasion was my wife's birthday so the birthday experience inside the room was perfect and she liked it. The view was spectacular and the food was very delicious. Highly recommended.

The location was amazing. 3 beaches and a village within walking distance. Food and drinks were good.

the property was unbelievably clean the entire time! there are a lot of steps; so be aware when booking if that’s an issue for you! to us the steps were worth it, and something that would be at most resorts in Greece.

the sea view was incredible from our terrace with a growing tree rigt in the middle , room was very clean and stuff coming every day very friendly :-) the building is beaitful and nicely equiped , we love the place

Omg. This was the most GORGEOUS hotel ever. I spent soooo long researching the right vacation spot and I am so glad I stumbled upon Peninsula Resort and Spa. My fiancé loved it as well. We looked at the ocean and walked on the rocks and relaxed in our room and took in the breathtaking scenery. It was seriously what I needed. Looking through my calendar for a time to come back. Thank you so much your staff was BEYOND friendly and helpful and I would give twelve stars if I could.

A great stay, all in all everything was nice. Service was good and prompt, food was tasty, even the coffee was fine. For people who enjoy swimming, the sea is just amazing, the water is fabulous.

When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday? This depends on each guest’s personal preferences. Holiday-style, budget and temperature are all factors to be considered when planning the ideal beach holiday. The hotel is open from the beginning of April until the end of October and the waters of the Aegean Sea can be fully enjoyed throughout this entire period. In particular the hotel’s location between the bays of ‘Mononaftis’ and ‘Psaromoura’, the resort provides access to three different beaches, which are ideal for swimming and snorkelling due to the especially calm and crystal-clear waters of the area. The Aegean is considered one of the best seas globally with minimal waves, minor tidal changes and warm temperatures that last until early November. This makes Greece the perfect destination for a beach holiday! Crete in particular is a favourite choice amongst travellers. Due to its location, size and natural terrain, Crete has its own climate and boasts warmer temperatures throughout the entire season. Furthermore, it offers a variety of top-rated beaches! July and August are considered peak season. During these months, temperatures are at their highest and the sea is warmest – the island is buzzing with visitors as well as locals enjoying the long Summer days. During these months, most Aegean islands, including Crete, are affected by the warm ‘Meltemi’ trade winds. These winds blow from the North and affect most northern coastal beaches - this often means wavier waters and slight discomfort on sandy beaches. However, our resort’s location is truly special as the bays formed by the three peninsulas of the area are in fact some of the few sheltered spots on the entire north coast of the island! The waters here are usually calm and clear. The shoulder seasons – Spring (April – mid June) and Autumn (September - October) offer a slightly different scene with mild dry weather and less crowded beaches. The atmosphere is less vibrant but definitely more serene and peaceful. This period may be a harder time to plan a holiday for families as it falls outside the Summer holidays, however, Easter break and Half-term are becoming increasingly popular. The shoulder months are ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere and for those who wish to explore the island. Nevertheless, for travellers who like to explore beyond the resort, weather will very rarely be a problem as the South coast of the island almost always offers an alternative climate. Variety and options mean no beach day has to go wasted in Crete!Answered on November 2, 2019

Is your private beach next to the property or do I need to use a means of transportation to go there? The hotel is built amphitheatrically on a peninsula of distinctive natural beauty. Located between the bays of ‘Mononaftis’ and ‘Psaromoura’, the resort offers a unique panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. It provides access to three different beaches, which are ideal for swimming and snorkelling due to the especially calm and crystal-clear waters of the area. All three beaches are only a few minutes walking distance down the stairs from the resort’s main building. Our private ‘Tsimento’ Beach Bar is unique in that it’s perched on a platform by the very edge of the sea. This is the ideal place to experience and relax under the sun whilst enjoying a refreshing iced-coffee. Swim, unwind and take in the tranquility of the sea. This beach is a good option for those who wish to avoid the discomfort of pebbles and sand. Two other beaches: ‘Mononaftis’ Beach and ‘Psaromoura’ Beach can be easily accessed from our resort. These beaches are both pebbly with certain sandy parts. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available on both of these beaches at a small charge. ‘Mononaftis’ Beach includes a couple of taverns with good Greek food, a mini-market and a small all-day bar. Furthermore, one can find a fully certified scuba diving centre, which collaborates with our resort.’ Psaromoura’ Beach is located within a small, picturesque cape. Secluded from the built-environment, it offers a truly natural escape. The waters are clear and very clean. A small beach bar, which is not operated by our resort can be found here. Certain water sports are also offered.Answered on November 1, 2019
