Peter and his wife are 2 wonderful people. We felt to be like at our home since the arrival, when Peter asked us to join them for the dinner. During our holiday, he was always available for our requests. The last day, they were so kind to let us use the room until the evening, even if our check out was at 11 am. The house is very nice and modern, provided of many comforts. The position is also good, 1,5 km to the centre of Faliraki.

Peter and his wife were super nice and helpful, they helped us to find car for rent, showed around the most popular places in Faliraki and were overall great hosts. The place was very clean, room had small kitchen with most important appliances, air conditioning, balcony with view to the mountains and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Peter was easy, he was extremely helpful, even provided us with some champagne and fruits upon arrival for our honeymoon and everything we needed for breakfast. The place was a bit further from city centre but we could still comfortably walk to bar street in about 20 minutes which is a big plus. Also there were free parking on the street.

We really loved to be here. Peter is a very nice person. We got a clean every 2 days and asked if we need anything. The location is next to the main road, so we could get anywhere easily by car. Shop and pharmacy are 2 minutes by car. Local beach is also 5 minutes from there by car. I just can recommend this place! :)

The cleaning is done every 2 days and is excellent. The host Peter is super friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra toaster and got it with no extra charge. The lighting behind the artwork on the wall gives a cozy ambience to the room. The balcony is nice and spacious, and the curtains cover the big glass door nicely during the daytime. At the end of our stay Peter gave each of us a cute parting gift which gave a nice personal touch to the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Really good value for money. Thanks again!

Peter is one of the best host. He provided us towels for the beach and was always ready to answer our questions. He really is the kindest and most helpful host I ever met. The room was very clean and well equipped, AC is great and cleaning in every 2 days. There is a nice pool bar next to the place that is a great thing as well. The city center and the beach is only a 10-15 minute walk.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Peter e sua moglie. Struttura e posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro di Faliraki ,pulizia ogni 2 giorni. Peter e una persona veramente speciale ci ha aiutato in tutto anche per il noleggio della moto,sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Per ferragosto ci ha omaggiato di due squisiti dolcetti,abbiamo cenato insieme a lui e sua moglie per due sere e a fine soggiorno ci ha anche regalato dei vasetti di mieli con dei cioccolatini. Se venite a Rodi e soggiornate a Faliraki non potete non andare in questa magnifica struttura. Peter GRAZIE DI TUTTO hai reso il nostro soggiorno MAGNIFICO!
