Love the property and location. loved that it was near the sea, and we could swim and use beach chairs. Loved having a bunch bar and inclusive feature of the property. wonderful to have a grocery store next-door and the gift shop and the promenade to the stores was a great walk.

Food was delicious, we used the free voucher for the traditional 10 course Cretan dinner and it was the best! Unlimited drinks. The pool was stunning. Great views of the ocean! Lots of activities including dancing. Big rooms, big TV!

The Hotel is in the South of Crete in a not so turist area, is great for families with kids, lots of activities in the Kids Club, the animation team was great. Also the traditional Cretan Restaurant that they have, the food and the service were fantastic. If you get tired of the buffet, which is pretty good, you can go to the Town of Ierapetra, just 10 min walking by the promenade. Overall we had a great time.

Staffs, Animation Team, Cleaning staffs and everyone at this hotel put up efforts to make your stay wonderful. Food is fantastic with lot of varieties. We were also upgraded to the Sea side view for our room. Special thanks to the reception staffs (Maria) who offered care to us beyond the boundaries.
