We love meeting new people, and we are not shy! We are lucky to share our passion for Crete, where we live, with you! In 2005 we set up a charity, 'Crete For Life,' and since then we have been organising summer camps for children in need in Crete. Through the charity, we also support children regardless of their religion and nationality. Check it out! We built this beautiful house and its natural garden about 20 years ago, and we are incredibly lucky to be in this paradise. Kakki Skala is one of the few natural parks in the area, and in this hot dry corner of Crete, it is a real blessing to be surrendered by pine and olive-carob trees. The nearest house is about 400 metres, we have perfect privacy, and we hear only birds and cicadas.
The house is in a really unique position as it is in the middle of a protected natural park. Lovely walks start just outside the gate, and 3 different beaches are within walking distance. A car is, however necessary if you want to visit the beauties of Crete
