You will be staying at an amazing Athenian apartment, both classically and modernly decorated. The place is fully equiped with anything you may need during your stay. Overlooking the beautiful classical building of the famous National Metsovio Polytechnic, it is only a short walk towards all the trendy neighborhoods of Athens Center and main historical sites. Public Transportation is also available just 2 min from the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a block of flats right on the side wall of the National Metsovio Polytechnic. The balcony is overlooking the beautiful buildings of the Polytechnic and the neighborhood is famous for its leberal and revolutionary spirit and it is called Exarchia. Monastiraki square and Psiri area are only a few bus stops away or 1,5km on foot.

Due to Covid 19 we are happy to inform you that we have Committed to Prepare our apartment based on the new Cleaning Protocol. We take our guests' and our own health very seriously, so the place is only offered for your stay, after being thoroughly cleaned, sanitized by professionals and finally checked out by ourselves before it’s sealed off. Also for reservations made at least a week prior to the arrival date, we offer you the option to receive the linen and towels inside a sealed bag after they have been sanitized by the cleaners. Thus, you can set your own beds without anyone else's touch. Just let us know if you wish this service.

Monastiraki square and Psiri area are only a few bus stops away or 1,5km on foot. You will be staying at the historic neighborhood of Exarcheia where you can enjoy the street art, artistic bars and cafes and most of all authentic greek food. It was the place that the revolution against Greek dictatorship at 1973 begun and won.
