Very nice hotel situated in the center of Chania. Comfortable parking. The food services, both breakfast and dinner options are fabulous! The staff is extremely nice and very friendly! A must in Chania !
USAThe staff were so great, brilliant with my children and proactive in helping me (I use a wheelchair) get to less easy to access parts of the hotel.
United KingdomWe were lucky and upgraded to a room with a large balcony where we had an amazing view of the old town and sea. Location was really good, room very clean and comfortable, shower the best, room service first night very quick and great food. Check in staff also really helpful, including with our car. Breakfast lots of options and nice seating area outside around the pool. Friday night nice piano music was played, also even by other guest - lovely.

AustraliaWe stayed here for our first anniversary and were given a free room upgrade to an executive suite, a bottle of Prosecco and a gorgeous chocolate cake! So much more than we could have expected. The hotel is in a central area and is immaculately decorated. The outdoor pool area is fairly small but exactly what you would expect for a city centre hotel. We had a perfect time here and would definitely stay again! Thank you.
