SP Central Loft is a modern and elegant ground floor apartment of 75 sq.m. in an ideal location just 100m. from the beautiful port of Volos. The space has been designed with modern aesthetics, elegance and ergonomics in mind. It has, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hot and cold air conditioning, bed linen, towels, flat screen smart TV 32", security door, KeyBox and WiFi. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. In the room you will find two double beds with anatomical memory and latex mattresses. One of the bedrooms is located on the indoor balcony of the property, providing you with a sense of privacy and comfort. In addition in the living room there is a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a spacious shower, as well as toiletries. This apartment is ideal for those looking for a unique holiday experience and short trips to the beautiful mount Pelion and the enchanting Sporades, as well as for professionals looking for a comfortable and functional space for their business obligations. It is located next to the busiest pedestrian street, with excellent restaurants, traditional tsipouradika and the best Café - Bars. Anything you might need is within walking distance, such as Supermarkets, Bakery Shops, Pharmacies and all of the city's commercial stores. With a short walk you can stumble upon many landmarks and the wonderful city park. The apartment is nearly facing a public parking lot and just 50m from the two largest and central private parking lots. It is also 30m from the bus stop, which connects to the intercity bus and train station. In addition, it is 1 km from the town's port, which connects the Sporades islands.
