Η ιδανική τοποθεσία του καταλύματος συνδυάζει την ησυχία της «γειτονιάς» και ταυτόχρονα την κοντινή του απόσταση από τις σύγχρονες υποδομές του νησιού. Το κεντρικό λιμάνι του Μεγαλοχωρίου είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η πλησιέστερη παραλία στα 300 μέτρα. Φούρνος, σουπερ μάρκετ, ιατρείο, ταβέρνες και καφέ βρίσκονται στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του συγκροτήματος.
