It is in a great location and also very organized. Rooms are modern but feel warm and inviting. The staff were all wonderful from the front desk to waiters to the woman that helped at breakfast and the team that drove me and my family up the hills countless times. Food at the restaurant was wonderful! Plenty of chairs on the beach. Plus loved tbat there is kids section of the pool my daughter could safely swim and play in.

Sivota is a beautiful and quiet village with many beautiful beaches. From Sivota you can go to Acherontas River for rafting and swimming in the river, Perama Cave to see the Stalactites & Stalagmites and to Parga. Also you can take a cruise to Paxos and Antipaxos.

It is a sweet little town.
It is a sweet little town. We enjoyed to walk early morning in port, to have a breakfast, and take the dinner at night. There are some perfect restaurants in port. There were lots of beaches around the town, and a port not to far to travel to Kerkyra by car.

We have visited Sivota several times.
We have visited Sivota several times. It's a great choice if you want a small, quiet and very beautiful place. In June and September it's not crowded like Rhodes and Crete. You might need a car if you want to go on sightseeing outside the town - e.g. the wonderful coastal town Parga, Corfu is only 1½ hour away, or you can find Archeon River further up in the valley. A car is also valid if you don't want to climb the steep roads up from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and at the harbour front - no gourmet here, but still acceptable. Our favourite is Blue Coast and afterwards Bamboo Place for a couple of ouzos or cocktails.

WE are arriving to Sivota already for the 8-9th time and we love it. Now after 3 years (COVID) we traveled also / again with our Kids and the nice thing is, Some of the good places, are recognizing us, the kids (they being with us from their Babytime) Regardless that it has grown as all Sea Destinations, many new hotels open, and it has become fuller. People are nice, regardless the stress to serve, but Food and Quality makes us coming back next years. Even if we might buy a flat.

It has three or even four little terraces, with the one of the top floor enjoying a splendid view over the bay. Beds are comfy, everything works fine. Very short walking distance to Mega Ammos beach which is one of the most popular in the area - and even closer to the rock beach of the Hotel Mikro Paradisos where you can jump directly into the sea for a pre-breakfast swim. Excellent communication with friendly host, Romina, whom I wish a lot of success in the future.

For fit individuals without kids, it's only a short walk away from the main square. There is a small beach nearby, approachable within minutes. The property offers parking to its residents. Special thanks to Nikos for going all the way to the post-office to arrange the teddy that we forgot behind... Our child has it since he was born, and was heart broken when he realised we forgot it behind. He is eagerly awaiting it now :)

Syvota is small with a lot of restaurants. the breakfast is great.

The complex is located 5-10 minute walk from the village and there are lots of beaches nearby (10-15 minute drive). There is a leaflet inside the apartment which describes each beach (i.e. if it's deep, rocky, etc.). The apartment was absolutely amazing and clean. Konstantinos was a fabulous host, he gave us lots of tips so we could make the best of our time there. I definitely recommend Oikies high living complex for either a couple or a family vacation. Demetris is a committed, friendly and charming host. Runs an amazing villaggio, with all that a guest can desire for, always available and smiling. All staff are nice and friendly, from gardener to cleaning lady. Beautiful garden. Catering is available at the bar, beach is 150 metres away w/drinks and sunbeds. Ionian coast is beautiful, Syvota is less crowded than Parga - just can recomment.

Our favourite was Zeri beach which had everything one could possibly ask for a family holiday - organised, water activities, clear water to swim and the fantastic Stavedo Beach Kitchen/Bar with the super fresh deliciously cooked food and the best ice cream we've ever had, locally made.
