Cozy & fully equipped 5 bed ground floor flat with a yard located in Anavyssos at Mavro Lithari with reliable Internet and Netflix. The flat sits in the middle of the Athenian Riviera, at a hill 600 metres from the organised Eden beach which offers watersports, bar & restaurant. The location is ideal for exploring either side of the coastline, its countless beaches, archeological sites (eg.Sounio), renowned bars & restaurants, open air cinemas & markets. "Summer nest" is at the ground floor of a two storey detached house and is comprised of an open plan kitchen, dinning and living room, a bathroom and two spacious rooms. There is also an extra single bed in the living room area that sits at a cozy corner with a little window and has a folding screen that adds some privacy. The yard has a few trees and plants, a dinning table with an embeded umbrella and there is also an outside shower which is ideal after a day on the beach. The flat is situated at the side of a hill over Enten Beach some 500m from the main coastal road. Please note that the last 150m to reach the flat are uphill due the slope of the hill.
My name is Nikola but the communication with the guests has been taken over by my son, since I do not do well with the new technologies and English. I hope you like our apartment and you have beautiful moments during your stay. I permanently enjoy the area, as I like to go to the beach and go fishing.
The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, in the uphill area of Dexameni - Mavro Lithari. In the neighborhood is the famous complex Ever Eden Beach Resort with the homonymous beach. In the surrounding area there is a large number of beaches, organized and not, as well as areas with swimming pools open for young and old. Very close to the apartment (500m) is the organized beach Ever Eden Beach. Admission is free and sunbeds, changing rooms, showers, showers, water sports, mini golf, beach volley, beach bar and restaurant are available for a fee. The beach is located on the opposite side of Athens Souniou Avenue, right at the beginning of Dexamenis Street. In the area there are also nudist beaches, bars, restaurants and within 5 km shopping center, cinemas and water sports.
