United States of Americawonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Artemis, Stella, Sofia, Mario and many others were amazing and made our stay as easy and pleasant as possible. Everyone treated us with the utmost kindness, respect, and patience. location was unbeatable. right in the heart of the city center surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. our room faced the Main Street and it wasn’t too noisy at all in the evening, though if your prefer total quiet try for a room facing the sides or rear. Beds were very very comfortable! Breakfast was absolutely amazing! I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and this was one of the best. though parking isn’t available onsite, the staff made it easy and parked and retrieved my car for me at a very reasonable cost. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Felt very welcomed with the bottle of red wine and macarons waiting in my room upon arrival. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and made to order, and was of very high quality.

Israelthe hotel was located right in the city center of Thessaloniki. Many restaurants , cafes , bars open passed midnight so there were no worries with food. Also there was a supermarket to buy additional water , etc which was a major plus .
