Hotel location was central, very stylish and clean. the employees were very friendly and helpful. Especially Vasileo's advice about food and places to visit was excellent.

Saudi ArabiaThe staffs are friendly, the room is lovely in term of size, amenities and cleanliness. The location is perfect, easy to get around by walking, lively neighborhood and about 10-min walking to Monastiraki metro which takes you to the airport. We also love the rooftop resto which gives us a night view of the Acropolis.
IndonesiaThe location is very good. It is within walking distance to major attractions. Right outside the hotel is shopping and dinning area.
United States of AmericaThe Pinnacle is exactly as shown in the pictures. The Hotel is walking distance from the Airport Metro and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The area is very safe with activity round the clock. The breakfast is basic but wholesome with Greek delicacies, with the staff always there to help you. The check in staff and concierge were very helpful in explaining the city, places to visit and booking our trip to Delphi. A big THANK YOU for giving us a great holiday.

United States of AmericaI can't think of anything I didn't like. From the moment we arrived the level of hospitality was way more than expected. This was our first time in Athens and wasn't prepared for the lack of parking. The first thing the staff did for us was not only let us know where the parking garage was, including directions, they actually called a couple of them to ensure they had availability before we left. They also took our luggage so we wouldn't have to walk back with and took it to our room for us. That first evening my family and I were out for dinner and of course my kids want to get dessert. Didn't know until we ordered that the manager of The Pinnacle was eating there as well and ended up buying the dessert for us. Overall the hotel was great, but the staff made it over the top. Location was great also... no need for a rental. Highly recommend!!!
