In this villa I,( as owner and architect) have tried to establish my understanding of built environments, which treat the surrounding landscape and the climate as increment part of the design.

Property information

This villa is on a unique location on Paros on top of a hill with 360 degrees’ panorama view, from where you can see sixteen islands fom Myconos, Delos, Tinos, Andros, Siros, Serifos, Milos and to Sikinos. It is 5 minutes driving distance to Agia Irini, one of the most beautiful beaches on Paros. It has 140m2 indoor areas, about 300m2 Terrace’s in all directions and an infinity-swimming pool with 100m2. On the main floor is the huge living-dining room and the master bedroom with its individual wardrobe, bathroom and terrace. On the first floor with external entrance is the studio of 20 m2 with its individual bathroom and terrace. The living room can also sleep one person. There is also an outside covered almost closed sleeping place for two persons. The “dome” provides a cozy shaded dining table with “concert-hall” acoustics. The villa provides all amenities. In addition to the terraces around the house there is a pool terrace which is lapped on three sides by the pool. In addition to the mandatory Pool upheaval fed a stream the pool. There is a traditional oven and a roasting-site for a whole lamb outdoors.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac (dead.end road) on top of a hill, which means no traffic at all with full privacy. Paros is known for the most beautiful "light" in the Aegean sea. Its marble "Lithnos" is getting translucent, when thinner than 2cm and is the benchmark for all marbles of the world. Long and small beaches are driving distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Restaurants, Tavernas and bars are plenty on Paros and Antiparos and for every taste and purce.
