Spectacularly located on a hillside at the most attractive part of Aegina, brand new Thea Villas and Apartments offer magnificent sea views toward Klima bay and close proximity to the most beautiful beach of the island, Klima. Perdika village with its scenic harbor, the famous seafood restaurants and lovely cafes is only a 5 min drive away. Enjoy luxury, majestic views and peacefulness at an affordable price! Apartment - ground floor occupies the lower level of a three-story villa and has a wonderful front yard with a patio that enjoys magnificent sea views. Carefully designed to offer comfort and relaxation, the apartment is consisted of a spacious bedroom, a kitchen sitting room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Maisonette occupies the two upper levels of the villa and has a large terrace and a balcony offering spectacular sea views. Meticulously designed to offer comfort and luxury, the maisonette is consisted of two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen-living room, a large terrace and two balconies. The two villas are surrounded by beautiful gardens and multi-level terraced yards with olive trees, thuja trees and myoporum shrubs.

I am partner and manager at BK Ktiriodomiki, the Real Estate Development firm that actually built and owns Thea Villas! I have studied Finance in Greece and Real Estate Economics in London. Among many other activities, like sports, dance, music, reading and meditation, I love traveling! I first discovered how it feels to live in an apartment while on holidays, on my first snowboard trip in Norway, in 2007. Since then, I’ve been exclusively choosing this type of accommodation for my yearly winter trips and for many of my travels around Greece and the world. And the reason is simple: it just feels like home! So now, it’s my turn to create an amazing experience for you!
Thea Villas and Apartments are spectacularly located on a hillside overlooking Klima Bay. They offer magnificent sea views toward Klima beach, the south Saronic Gulf and Peloponnese. Situated in the most attractive part of the island, Kleidi, at the south part of Aegina, they lie only 950 meters away from the most beautiful sandy beach of the island, Klima, with blue crystal clear waters. Five minutes drive away (3km) is the picturesque village Perdika with its scenic harbour, the famous seafood restaurants, the lovely cafes, groceries and bakeries. The port and the lively town of Aegina with its distinguished architecture, its long history and diverse culture are only 13 km away. Because of the distance from the closest village and the beach renting a car is highly recommended. The close proximity to the best beach of the island makes Thea Villas and apartments ideal for people who love to spend time on the beach and want to relax and unwind without the hassle of needless traveling. Klima bay is a safe haven, protected from the dominant northern winds. For those who love hiking a nearby path leads to some of the most beautiful paths of the island.
