Thea villa is located in the village of korithi,Zakynthos, a hill full of skies with a deep blue Ionian Sea.Villa Thea is a newly renovated 1950s house, and with the help of our architect and almost no intervention in the design we have combined luxury and minimal aesthetics with tradition.The villa is within easy reach of the Blue Caves (2.5km)and the famous Navagio Beach(13km). The minimal aesthhetic villa can easily accommodate 1-5 persons and is ideal for couples ,families or groups of friends. Includes 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one semi- double . There are 2 bethrooms with a separate basin from the basin and shower. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen in the accommodation.Its breathtaking views will surely make you spend more time outdoors as there is a large semi-oytdoor area witth dining area , built-in-lounge,sunbeds,pouf,and an 8m long swimming pool with the most hygienic and sustainable pool fiitering technology available.
THE VILLA The location is in the northern best part of the island,away from the city and noise pollution .The villa overlooks the East ,with a wide range of views, you will see magical sunsets.The house is on a large plot , you wiil have a lot of space and privacy as the neighbors are quite a distance away. The house has very nice air currents that cool it , as well as great views. If the beauty of nature counts for you more than the help of the city and the world then you will love it.You can also eat fine food 5 minutes from the villa in taverns in the port of Agios Nikolaos,again in a quality not easily found in the south,you can sample fresh fish ,local dishes and traditional Greek cuisine.Very close by car also you can also go to the west side of the island to see magical sunsets at sea and the shirwreck from above . At the port of Agios Nikolaos ,which is always full of fishing boats and excursions, you can take a boat trip to visit the famous Blue Caves and the Shipwreck.
