Breathtaking view! Its unique location and modern design provides amazing sight of the Evoiko gulf and the surrounding hillsides from all the common areas of the house including the main bedrooms. Enjoy your meals, and drinks on the terrace which projects into the landscape and garden or by the pool. An ideal serene location where you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty while swimming in the pool.At Kapandriti village(6km from home) you can find supermarkets, drug stores, banks, bakeries, taverns, cafes and a public health center.Also,in a quarter of time you can be on the beach of kalamos , a fishing village where you can swim,buy fresh fish directly from fishboats ,buy freshly cut vegetables and fruits from farmer and enjoy your espesso in one of the caffes.At noon you can enjoy your lunch by the sea in one the local restaurants with greek food.There is also an open cinema.The ancient site of Marathon is a 20min drive from the house where you can visit the ancient tomb and enjoy a swim on marathon beaches.Finally in about 40 minutes you can be the center of athens and visit the museums.The must is the Acropolis museum ,Acropolis itself and many many archeological sites.
