Set in the picturesque village of Dyo Choria, 7 km from Tinos Town, Tinos E-houses feature a sun terrace and a garden with views of the sea and the island. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Built in the 19th century and refurbished, the houses come with a seating area with a flat-screen TV and CD player. A toaster is also provided, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. Every unit features a private bathroom with bathrobes and slippers. Egyptian cotton bed linen is featured. "TINOS E-houses" offer visitors the authentic experience of island life in the Aegean. They are the perfect option for comfort, privacy and island discovery. The original stone-built structures of the houses date since 1900 and have been recently fully restored and revamped. The fully furnished houses share a lush 300 sq. private garden.
Originally from Greece, George Efthimiou studied decoration at Ecole des Arts Decoratifs in Geneva, History of Art at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and Art De La Table in Glion. He then returned to his homeland and established his own firm with an international client base, creating some of the most attractive storefronts in Europe of that period and undertaking a series of unforgettable dinner parties and receptions, from Athens and Lebanon to London and New York. Since 2000 his work focuses exclusively on interior design for both residential and commercial spaces, producing luxurious and sophisticated interiors throughout the world.
Dio Choria Tinos: Dio Horia village can be found north-east of Chora, near the village of Triantaros, 10 km from Chora. It is among the most beautiful villages of Tinos with a strong medieval character and breathtaking view to the neighboring Cycladic islands. The village is built amphitheatrically on the slopes of Mount Exobourgo, offering a clear view to the southern part of the island. Dio Choria is a quaint settlement made of old white stone houses with coloured windows and doors, stone paved narrow alleys and superb stone arches and arcades forming little passages through which the light draws magical shades. Bright colored flowers decorate the whole village like precious ornaments. On the little square of the village one can admire some beautiful cave-fountains.
