Venetian Building beautifully restored with natural and local material. The decoration consist from many restored old furniture but with comfort natural beds from Coco - mat accompanied with fluffy linen, all from Bio cotton, fully equipped kitchen, atmospheric living room and a terrace with beautiful views to the sea and the historic minaret of Splanzia. Fast internet connection is available and effective air condition, although the house itself is cooler during the summer heat. Two bicycles are available for your needs. We can provide two more if asked, free of charge.
I am 50 years old, married with 3 children. I love walking, hiking, ride my bicycle, music, dancing, drink and taste wine, quality food and making new friends! I love helping people, very polite, with deep knowledge about Crete and Greece. Working in tourism the last 19 years . Very sensitive about what ever concern the environment.
The house is locate in the historic neighbourhood of Splanzia, just 30 meters far from the buzzing Splanzia square although is very quiet. 5 min. far from the center of the Venetian Harbor and 5 min. far from the new town and the market center. If you want to feel like local this is the place!!
