General room and location were very very good, but the stand out feature by far were the staff who made us feel more welcome than at any other hotel we’ve been to. Extra gratitude goes Maria, Meni and the other girls at the reception who would always have a smile when they saw us and would go above and beyond helping us with bookings and travel plans. Also to Maria and Niki on the bar and waiting staff who could somehow always make us laugh whenever we were served even at some ungodly hour early into the morning as we stumbled back. 100% recommend to anyone who asks me in the future.

MoroccoEverything about this hotel was awesome. Staff were super accommodating and informative. Our flight was delayed by 5hours and they offered to pick us back up from the airport and bring us back to the hotel to wait. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

United States of AmericaOur room was absolutely amazing. We had the perfect view of the Mediterranean sea. The beach was a two min walk down a path and so was the beach club it was perfection . The room service food was awesome and super affordable . We want to give a shout out to the staff all were outstanding. Especially Nikki she was super cute and accommodating of all ! She helped us out with everything and ever. Surprised me for my 28th birthday with a cupcake after a night of beach part .. truly fell in love with this place and will be back next year !
