| About the Villa | ​ Villa Aelia by "LA VILLA E BELLA" is an elegant newly constructed house, ideally located at a 2 min walk from the beach of Aghios Mamas and a 5 min walk from the port of Spetses, Dapia. At the same time it is in a very quiet spot, where not even motorbikes are allowed. | The space | Villa Aelia is a luxury newly built home consisting of three floors. The top floor features an ambient sunny master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, dress room and a small balcony which overlooks the garden. The first floor has one large double bedroom and one more bedroom with a semi double sofa bed (for one adult), one bathroom, a large stylish living room and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On this level there is also a small veranda overviewing the garden, ideal for your coffee or lunch. Finally the basement floor features two double bedrooms (one has "internal" window, getting light from the adjacent kitchen), one bathroom, a W.C. and another kitchen. Villa Aelia is fully equipped with a/c (hot/cold funcoil) and 2 HD Televisions. At the outside you will enjoy a beautiful two level garden, with various sitting corners, both shady and exposed to the sun, and a tiny private church at the top corner.

Distances: - 2min walk from Agios Mamas beach - 3 min walk from super-market KRITIKOS - conveniently placed nearby the hot spots that provide visitors with a range of top options for night time, entertainment, dining, sightseeing and shopping. Bike rental shop at 2 min walk distance. Very close to the public buses for other organised beaches of the island (Agia Marina, Agioi Anargyroi, Agia Paraskevi). Also taxis available upon request. | Getting to Spetses | Spetses Island is located close to Athens, opposite the coast of the Peloponnese, only 2.30 hours by high-speed boat from the port of Piraeus. Spetses can also be reached by car via the Peloponnese and Porto Heli (appr. 230km from Athens International Airport). | Getting around | As you may know no cars are permitted in Spetses island. However, Spetses town is easy to walk due to the flat landscape, while many visitors choose to rent a motorbike, quad or bicycle to get around. Or even a horse carriage for a more romantic, old fashioned promenade.
