Alpha Villa liegt sehr ruhig mit einem spektakulären Blick aufs Meer. Sowohl Rethymno mit seinen Läden und Restaurants sowie viele Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Villa nutzt sie optimal. Es gibt viele Sitzecken mit phantastischem Blick. Auch drinnen lässt die Ausstattung nichts zu wünschen übrig. Hochwertige Küchenausstattung, riesiges Wohnzimmer mit großem TV, der aufgrund des Wetters auch mal genutzt wurde. Die Zimmer sind originell und mit Viel Ideen gestaltet. Die Eigentümer haben sich perfekt gekümmert - auch kleine Probleme wurden schnell gelöst und einmal wurde sogar für uns gekocht - sensationell!! Den Concierge Service von etouri kammtem wir schon; hat sich wieder bewährt. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren hervorragend und wir bekamen immer den optimalen Tisch ;-) Alles in allem: beide Daumen hoch!

Fuldstændigt fantastisk sted. Her får du både udendørs pool med utrolig udsigt, og indendørs pool (som vi godt nok ikke anvendte). Desuden 3-4 forskellige steder man kan spise sine middage på, bl.a. med stor grill. Dertil bordtennis og minigolf, og stort TV med Netflix. Værterne var umådeligt søde. Kom med dessert til os en aften, og en anden aften serverede de Moussaka. Og hvis der var det mindste var de straks klar til at hjælpe.

My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. Rethymno, Crete and is approved by the Greek Tourist Organisation.

Private Luxury Alpha Estate & Spa is a unique villa with expansive sea and tree grove garden views, its outdoor area & amenities is what sets it apart. The luxury fully fenced with private driveway villa is 640 sq.m. 2 pools 3 floors, 6 bedrooms of which 1 in-law, 1 exterior suites and 6.5 bathrooms estate. The villa accommodates 12 guests in beds. Additional 3 guests can be accommodated with 3 semi double sofa beds in bedrooms and 1 rollaway bed. The villa is accessible as it has ramps and an elevator in the villa. The outdoor amenities of the villa are: large pool area with fire pit, bar & bbq areas. Additionally, private mini golf with shaded pergola with seating, faux soft lawn playground and fountain. Indoor amenities include indoor heated pool, sauna & gym equipment.

Relax and enjoy the quietness of the natural environment and a variety of panoramic sunset sea views from any angle of the pool area and balconies! Hidden on a hill overlooking the city of Rethymno, at Kastelakia area, Villa Alpha is located in a private land surrounded by olive trees, on the outskirts of Rethymno city offering the best location and sea view that you can find in the whole central Crete. Totally isolated but close to everything as Rethymno city centre and the beach is only 1,5 km away, the villa offers full privacy to our guests and a variety of facilities for the whole family to be happy. Take advantage of the location, relax in a quiet private area but also feel like staying in a town with various amenities in a small distance away. Several choices of different markets and shops, any kind of services, restaurants and taverns, bars, night clubs and beach bars are only a few of what you can find around Rethymno which lies in front of the villa.
