Villa Anna is a luxury villa in the quiet village of Karoubatika. The property has five double bedrooms and a single room, which can accomodate up to eleven guests. The villa arrangement is split between the main villa, which has three of the double bedrooms and the single room, and a self contained apartment “The Sail Loft”, made up of two double bedrooms that branch off a large open plan kitchen/dining area. Bookings of upto 7 guests will be for the main villa only and for 8 guests plus, the "Sail Loft" is included, to increase the accomodation to 11 guests. The downstairs area of the main villa is open planned, with a spacious dining and lounge area and a large kitchen. Upstairs includes the three bedrooms; the master bedroom over looking the pool and outdoor dining area, as well as the two double bedrooms and single room, all with en suite bathrooms. The rear of the villa boasts a large pool area, BBQ and outdoor dining facilities that are perfect for al fresco dining. To compliment the pool there is an outdoor shower, toilet and changing room. However, the real beauty of Villa Anna is in the 4,000 square meter surrounding gardens, which have been designed to maintain the privacy that a rural location is able to offer. The location of the villa is ideal as it gives you access to the beautiful town of Corfu (only 8km) and is in close proximity to Glyfada and Pelekas/Konogialos two of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

The village of Karoubatika is a peaceful village and a short drive from local supermarkets and the larger village of Pelekas, where you can find local tavernas, coffee shops and even a couple of bars.
