Villa Despina Green Suites is an environmentally friendly complex of four elegant one-bedroom apartments. It is in the village of Polychrono, Kassandra, Halkidiki. A mere 80 meters from the beach, the apartments allow easy access to a range of homegrown marvels. Local shops are close at hand, with a selection of tavernas, restaurants and low-key bars laid out along the sea. Each suite has one bedroom, an open plan kitchen/living room with two bed sofas, a bathroom, and balconies at the front and back. The larger front balcony comes with a marble top pedestal table. The suites are self-catering and contain a small stove, hotplates and cooking amenities. They are also furnished with an LCD-LED TV with satellite channels. Alongside air conditioning, ceiling fans are available in each room for better ventilation. Guided by our green ethos and dedication to our guests’ comfort and leisure, we are the second smallest holiday accommodation in Europe, that is certified with the European environmentally friendly sign EcoLabel.
A mere 80 meters from the beach, the suites allow easy access to a range of homegrown marvels. Here one can enjoy a blissful setting of traditional houses, red-tiled rooftops, and beautiful Orthodox churches. Local shops are close at hand, with a selection of tavernas, restaurants and low-key bars laid out along the sea. Just across the street is “Armenovil”, a small sweet shop, that makes every morning the best handmade cheese pies and sausage pies in Polichrono. The small church of Saint Nicholas with a small square next to it for relaxation is just 100m away. The pharmacy and a private doctor’s office are 100m away, just opposite the main church of the village Saint Athanasios. Behind the church you can find the small Folklore museum of Polichrono.
