Villa Ersi is a detached vacation rental property located in Katelios, Kefalonia. Villa Ersi can sleep up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue. Villa Ersi is a brand new stone villa built on one level with a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Three adjacent bedrooms, each with en-suite showers, have sliding balcony doors to the private pool terraces. There is a separate Jacuzzi by the pool and for outdoor living, there is a brick built BBQ and shaded dining area as well as comfortable sunbeds on the poolside terrace. The gated property offers safe parking and an easy walk to the local sandy beaches, supermarkets, bakery, bars and tavernas of Katelios. Jacuzzi type: cold-water Jacuzzi. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
