We booked early so the price was very good. Close to shops, restaurants and to the beach. The room is spacey with an updated bathroom. Also the checkout is at noon which is convenient and they will try to let you stay longer if you have kids and the next guests are arriving late in the afternoon.

I liked the location close to the superb promenade by the sea and delicious taverns. The host was very friendly with a lot of great tips for trips around. He recommended a trip via a ship to vulcano islands and Oia sunset. It was breathtaking. The whole stuff was very friendly, they seemed to be hardworking, they clean the room every day, focus on details, everything was 100% clean and tidy.

Great budget option for Kamari Beach, close to shops / restaurants and a short stroll to the beach. Yiannis the owner is very helpful and could not do enough for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable for a family of 4.

Spotless accommodation in the heart of Kamari. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade on our arrival, we were offered a room with direct access and view to the pool. We were also allowed to check in early. The room was spacious, cleaned every day to the finest detail. We found the fridge very useful as we were travelling with a toddler. The air-conditioning was reliable. As the hotel is tucked in a side street, it is more quiet than other hotels we ve stayed before. Super market, bus stop, cafe s, restaurants, beach are all within walking distance which is very convenient if you don't have your own transport. Overall we recommend and we are coming back. Area is fantastic as it is off the main strip but still very close. Room was lovely and clean, very spacious. Host was fantastic and always greeted us when we arrived. Pool area is quiet, very clean. Atv and bike renting just outside and a mini golf course! Loved everything about our stay and could have easily stayed for a couple more nights!

Giannis was a very nice host. We had a deluxe double room with balcony. The room was being cleaned everyday and the towels were also being changed everyday. The kitchenette was very well equipped, everything we needed to cook was there. Very important: there were no mosquitos and we had no problems with warm water for taking shower (also late in the evening). About 5 min. walk to the beach and 20 min walk to windsurfing station.
