Sani Verde is located in nature, but is still close to great beaches and restaurants with a short car ride. The hotel garden and pool area is BEAUTIFUL and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. We stayed for three nights and were very sad to leave. Great value for the price and Olga is an amazing host! Thanks!

These bungalows are absolute gems. My family and I rented 3 of them. The picturesque surroundings and lush green everywhere created a tranquil ambiance. The interior was tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. The spacious rooms were cozy and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. The pool was my favorite spot, providing stunning views and a soothing breeze. Dimitris was so friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Went out of his way multiple times for requests. If you seek a peaceful escape 5 min from a beach, this bungalow is the ideal choice. Highly recommended!

Sani as a location is nice. The marina is maintained nicely and the area around the hotels is lovely. The area is one of the most expensive places in Chalkidhiki. Amazing. From the moment we drove up we felt looked after. The hotel was modern and fresh and smelt divine. The beaches were beautiful white sand and clear water. There was plenty of room even though it was busy. The facilities were amazing and the little extras like wine in the room at the beginning and end of the stay were a lovely touch. The restaurants were lovely and we enjoyed being able to go to different ones. Highly recommend

The beaches are clean, sandy with warm clean waters. The loungers at the beach are a bit pricey. However you can get a discount in the loungers as a guest of the Stavronikita community. The hotel and setting is stunning - great beaches and beautiful clear water. In May the resort was not too busy so sunbeds available at pools and the beaches. Staff superb - so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great restaurants and evening entertainment. Junior suites not huge but seav views to die for. Bring a jumper for nights at this time of year but even then the restaurants bring up heaters and supply blankets. Don't miss the White night on wednesdays at the Beach bar - brilliant fun. Buggies or Volvo cars always available to transport you around the resort.

In one sentence: The worst vacation we ever had! The apartment (we had room number 2): - Dark (no lights at the ceiling), small window, no decoration, the oven looked rusty and dirty. - The bed was shaky and the mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. - The bath room is a dark room without real shower (no curtain, no shower cubical), just a pipe and a hole in the middle of the room. The service: On the first day the island was hit by a storm. As a result we had no water and no electricity. After two days without a shower and toilette we asked for a solution. They told us to wait another three(!) days. No offer of an alternate accommodation, nothing. We cancelled our stay and found a much nicer apartment nearby, but we got no refund. We paid for 12 nights but stayed only 2 very unpleasant nights for the full price!PPatrick BinksmaGermany - 10Scored 10

It contains everything you need especially I liked 3 types of coffee machines (Finally, the problem with obtaining a good cup of coffee in Greece was solved). The Sani Marina is nearby with lots of restaurants. The nearby beaches (at Sani) are all with fine sand and shallow, which is excellent for children. The small supermarket is available at Sani Marina. The cheaper prices you may find at Lidl which is 15 minutes away by car.
