Great apartment with lovely sea view

We were so Happy here. We were looking for a clean, peaceful place with a great view and short walking distance to beautiful beaches, and Villa Maniati ticked all of these boxes. The owner and her son are very helpful, friendly and professional. The photos of the outside of the property do not do it justice, it is much prettier in person, and views of the sea and stars are fantastic. . We had breakfast with delicious coffee which was very convenient. For people staying longer there is a grocery store a short, easy walk away. A relaxing and tranquil stay.

Unbeatable location: two best beaches are just across the street. A few simple sea front tavernas, small supermarket and bakery are in working distance. Gavrio port with restaurants is 10min away by car. Easy parking. Impeccably clean, daily room cleaning. A guest shower in the yard additionally keeps beach sand away from rooms. Tiny but fully functional kitchenette. Nice balcony with sea view faced west. Quiet. Exceptional breakfast served in the room. Value for money - middle segment prices.

Villa Maniati is a beautiful complex of independent apartments near the beach of Agios Petros. The hostess and her son are very friendly and catered to our every need. We had a great breakfast delivered to our room without an early morning time restriction. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. We really enjoyed our time there and if we visit Andros again, this would be our choice!

They has cleaning service daily and you could request to change the towels every day if you wanted. There was a QR code for delivery service from just coffee to full breakfast. The owner was very friendly, They gave us also a map of the island with the best beaches marked and some recommendations for restaurants and taverns. The view from the balcony was really beautiful

The breakfasts were SUPERB. The quality and variety was amazing and there was so much food it was enough for us to cover lunch and tea aswell as breakfast. The best breakfasts we have ever encountered - anywhere. Also want to mention the cleanliness of the apartment - Just SPOTLESS . Cleaned every day by a super friendly lady.

Very good accommodation and excellent hosts. The place is very close to the sandy beach of Agios Petros (100 m. - beach bars with light or no music) and Golden Beach and the room had a balcony where you could relax and enjoy the sea view. You have to drive less than 5 minutes to get to the port and 5 minutes for Batsi. The room was quite big with a big double and comfortable bed and and an equipped kitchen. The bathroom was OK although one can claim that it's a bit small. The owners were very professional with excellent manners and helped us in all our requests. I would easily rate their behavior and professionalism with 10 out of 10. Definitely we will stay again.

This accommodation fully exceeded my expectations. I can’t speak highly enough about the host and her son Nikos who was there in no time every time we would cal him. The rooms were super clean and had the most beautiful view a few meters from the beach. Breakfast was served at the balcony and it was amazing with homemade pastries and coffee. I would definitely recommend these studios to anyone who wants to visit Andros. This was stay to remember! Thank you Mrs Maniati for making my holiday extra ordinary!
