Spacious, family friendly house in a new and quiet neighborhood 200m from the beach and just 10 minutes walk from the lively center of Nikiti. The house has two separate bedrooms - master bedroom with two 120/200 size beds and second bedroom with 140/200 bed and sofa bed. Spacious living room with two extendable sofas. Fully equipped kitchen with big fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric BBQ, coffee machine and everything you might need. All rooms are air conditioned with external blindfolds. Front and back yard with two external dining tables, relax zone and large charcoal BBQ. Important Notice: The house is prepared to accommodate up to 6 persons (adults and children). Please note that if you require more people to be accommodated you would have to contact us in advance at least 5 days before your arrival so we can prepare. Each extra person accommodated in the house is chargeable 50 euro per night.
You have access to a local lady who will help you in case you need anything.
Very quiet and airy neighborhood just 200 meters away from the beach and several beach bars/restaurants.
