It was comfortable, clean, and the location was fantastic. Maria the host was most welcoming. If you just was to relax, this is the perfect place. Kalafatis Beach is less than a 10 minute walk. There’s a lovely restaurant right by the beach. If you walk another few minutes there’s Agia Anna 2 beach (there’s Agia Anna 1 somewhere else on the island) This Beach has a super fancy bar/restaurant, but just to the left there’s space to lay out your towel away from the bar crowd.

At one of the top beaches in Mykonos. People would walk an hour plus to get there so it was amazing to just have it at my front steps
The stag was absolutely wonderful
And i love how the offered free pick up and drop off at the ferry port
They also came to clean rooms every single day and give fresh towels which was incredible

The restaurants in Kalafatis are all amazing - different vibes but definitely would recommend that you visit all. you need to have many days there to see the benefits of the place & it's location. I only had one day & felt the relaxation straight away. even though Nikola the owner is kind enough in arrangeing transportation into town & to & from airport or seaport, it would be smart to hire a car to get to see all the island has to offer. Bella Alba/Kalafatis is so tranquil it's perfect for partygoers who need the buzz & crazy in town, but can go back to their accommodations in Kalafatis & completely chill out & restore all the energy they need to party again the next day. She gave us good recommendation and also was always available whenever we needed something. We really appreciated the fact that she arranged a taxi to the airport, and also, with her father, they gave us the possibilities to take shower and change our clothes on the date of our departure, after the checkout time. Also, the free-of-charge beach, not so far from the property, recommended by Maria at our arrival, is a big advantage, especially at Mykonos.AAlvieAustria

It's a boutique hotel, with beautiful and spacious rooms decorated with care and personality. The road to get there is a bit bumpy, but this contributes to the peace and quiet and to make the place feel more intimate. Thierry and Arnaud are beautiful hosts and a lot of fun. Plus, Arnaud is an incredible chef, preparing delicious and fresh food.

The centre of town is about a 20 min drive away and there is free parking at the hotel so I would say hiring a car is essential. It’s much cheaper and easier than taxis.
