The two-storey 210 sq. m villa is tastefully decorated with minimum style and it can accommodate 10 guests in beds and up to 12 if necessary to its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The seating area offers a cozy corner sofa, open fireplace, a satellite 55’ smart TV with Netflix, Playstation 4 and a Bluetooth speaker. A private 50 sq. m. heated swimming pool is also available outdoors, along with BBQ facilities, a fire pit with seating area and vegetable and herb gardens. The pool can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily cost and it requires one week’s advance notice. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

In Adelianos Kampos you will find options for eating, shopping, entertainment and activities such as tennis court and kart tracks, most of them are reachable in around 500 meters distance. The beach is very well organised with umbrellas, lifeguards, changing rooms, showers, bars, etc. It is very popular for its infrastructure of the water sports and beach sports. The sea is shallow but often wavy, like all open beaches of north Crete.
