Downstairs are two bedrooms - a large bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms including the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a double bedroom with double bed (1.40x2.00); and a third bedroom with a single bed. These two bedrooms share a seperate bathroom. The villa has WIFI, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, washing machine and dishwasher. Daily cleaning can be arranged upon request.

The villa is situated in a very quiet area of Pitiousa yet it is also very close to the Old Harbour, the heart of the summer social scene of the island. It is also very close to the small beach of Gayfallo, while the beach of Aghia Marina, with its umbrellas and summer sports is just 10' away. Plenty of restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets are also within a 10' walk.
