Villa Ria is a unique and exclusive property brand new with all modern comforts facing the aegean sea with spectacular view combining the minimalism of the interior with the sophisticated simplicity of the pure carbon design giving the place premium high end experience to the guests who will choose it. The base floor is consisted of a spacious living room with an open modern kitchen and a wooden dinning table as also a guest's toilet.On the other side a huge sofa for your comfort as also a smart TV and at the exterior the patio with the swimming pool and the spectacular sea view.On the upper floor the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom facing by tempered glass the living room with controlled shadings and on the ground floor the rest of the three bedrooms with the large bathroom as also the washing and drying machine!
