This luxurious villa consists of the main house with 4 spacious and stylish bedrooms, and 2 independent guest houses, carefully designed. It is located at the area of Choulakia, at the highest point of a villa complex. The villa is formed in 3 levels. The lower level consists of a comfortable living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and has direct access to the garden. On the ground floor (pool level) there is a fully equipped with modern appliances open-spaced kitchen, dining area, guests’ WC, living room and outdoor, pergola covered dining area. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with amazing sea view and access to an outdoor sitting area.
