The apartment has private garden-yard 150 sq meter , barbeque, free private parking, balcony view to the pool and founded it in green environment - a small paradise . Operation swimming pool is 22 June until 20 September.
Villa Victoria apartment foundet it on the first floor in a lovely condo in the suburbs of Thessaloniki. It provides all the comfort and amenities that up to 5 people may need. Includes, two bedrooms, with two small beds, one recently refurbished bathroom, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans are provided in all the spaces, while the west bedroom has also air conditioning. Enjoy relaxing in the beautiful balcony with the view over the pool area accompanied by the nature of the condo's garden. All openings have screens to protect from mosquitos.
First floor refurbished apartment 85 sq meters situated at 10 min by car from the airport and 5 min from the seafront , 20 min by car to Chalkidiki and Thessaloniki, walkable distances to the town of Peraia with all facilities available (restaurants, cafes, markets, banks, pharmacies, etc.) with beautiful views over the gardens and pool area. Ideal premises for children and vacations near the sea. Very quiet place accessible for people physically challenged.
