It has it's own heat system. The kitchen has stove, fridge and all utensils you may need during your stay. There is a table for up to 3 and a sitting area with relaxing sofa and a flat screen smart TV. There is working space and its provided fast WIFI internet connection. There is a bedroom with double bed and a small wardrobe. The sofa can unfold to a bed of 140x190m maximum length The bathroom is neat and designed with quality and durable materials. It has a separate sink and a shower There is also a nice balcony for you to relax and enjoy your moments while in Thessaloniki. The comforts of the apartment are suitable for both small and long stays.

The neighborhood is at the city center giving you all the freedom to explore iconic Thessaloniki even on foot. You can find local cafes and bars just outside the building door, whether you want to enjoy a warm/cold coffee, brunch or a delicate lunch. Just 3 minutes away you can find the historical Holy Church of Hagia Sophia, while the historical moments of Rotunda(Platia Agiou Georgiou) and Arch of Galerius (Kamara) are 6-7 minutes away. There are luxury boutiques, clothing stores and general/convenient stores, few steps from the apartment as soon as you enter Tsimiski Street(central shop street) 3minutes away. You can access the apartment and the building pretty easy with a taxi or via the bus stops Esperos(Bus 16,24,50) or Diagonios(Bus 15) and a few minutes of walking. There is limited parking space in the neighborhood as it is center of the city and it also comes with a charge. You can find parking spot at a private place nearby at Lassani 6, Thessaloniki 546 22, Greece but with an extra charge.
