A 4th floor 62 sq. m. penthouse apt located a few steps from a sandy beach, consisting of a living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious 150sq.m. private balcony with panoramic 180’ views of the Saronic Gulf. It will accommodate up to four people, 2 in a double bed and the rest in 2 singles. Renovated the summer of 2018, the flat is set next to the coast line road, so it’s easily accessed and will be your base to explore the Athenian Riviera coast. Conveniently located 45km south of Athens, 27km from the Athens International airport and 10min walk from the local market.
Saronida is a seaside commune where you can find super markets, bank and ATMs, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bars, taverns and 4 summer outdoor cinemas. Being a summer resort town where many Athenians spend their vacations, its population is rising during summer, with the influx of both local and foreign visitors. In case you want to visit the local touristy locations like the Sounion Neptune ancient temple (24 km from the house) or the southern Athens trendy suburbs of Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni the public bus service is available, although a rented car will be far more appropriate. Safe access to the local (without admission fee) beach is ensured by a short tunnel under the nearby seaside road. This way you can hit the water within 2' walk from the house. Other beaches (with water sports facilities, beach bars, seaside taverns or resorts with swimming pools open to the public) in the area are easy to reach, within 2'-5' drive from Saronida.
