My name is Alex Kaloumenides, I am the owner and manager of the villas and I welcome you to spend your valuable holidays in our property. You will meet me upon arrival and departure, for sure, but I 'll spend a couple of days with you as soon as you come in order to make you feel at home and help you organize your stay on the island in the best possible way. My recommendations are always up to date and I can provide you the best choice for every service you would be interested in enjoying!

Peaceful and autonomous location with panoramic view towards Spetses and the gulf. Actually, the area is called Kokkinaria and it's one of the most trendy and wanted neighbourhoods on the island since it combines the best view of the island with peace, privacy and autonomy as well as being only a km away from the village's centre and main port.
